Blogger Linda Ikeji Purchases N1 Million Dress During Future Awards To Support Campaign Against Ebola

During the Future Awards which held yesterday December 7, 2014 at the Intercontinental Hotel, Victoria Island Lagos an auction took place to raise money to support the campaign against Ebola.

The bidding was for a gold and pink Lanre DaSilva Ajayi dress in order to raise money for the Ebola Virus Disease cause. 

The auction started at N200,000, and like any typical auction increased to N800,000 that was the highest prize point for the dress. Before Celebrity blogger Linda Ikeji raised her hand and bidded one million Naira. She received an applause for her charitable gesture.

Nigerian Military Captures Boko Haram's Camera Men

As the Nigerian troops continue to sustain their offensives against terrorists in North-Eastern Nigeria, more arrests have been made.
Some of the recent arrest include professional cameramen for the terrorist group who are experts in photo, video recording and filming of their attacks on communities and atrocities against innocent citizens.
The terrorists were nabbed during patrols, surveillance and raid operations to track fleeing terrorists in communities around Adamawa State.

Confirming the development, the Director Defence Information, Major General Chris Olukolade said four of those nabbed as they tried to escape in an SUV jeep with digital camera and weapons were taken into custody.

Madly in love and convinced she had found the perfect man, one woman, 20 year old girl, Charlotte Urie, was shocked to learn her boyfriend was born a girl.

For years, her 23-year-old handsome new beau, Kieran Moloney who was born a female called Ciara had kept his sex-swap a secret. Growing up as a child, he had been unhappy with his gender and had no interest in girlie things – bursting into tears if his Mum put him in a dress. When Kieran started primary school, he became a target for bullies. And when puberty hit, the teenager’s confusing feelings escalated.

Kieran told DailyMirror:
“I hated seeing my breasts develop and I was jealous of the boys at school when their voices dropped and they started shaving. I hated being a girl.”
At 14, Kieran lost his virginity to a boy, but says it felt wrong. After seeing a counsellor aged 16, Kieran was finally diagnosed as transgender. He says:
“I started taking hormone tablets which lowered my voice and gave me more body hair. I loved the changes.”

Kieran’s family supported him and his mum Bronagh Moloney, 49, a nurse, began calling him her son. By 17, fine hairs started to grow on Kieran’s face and with a rigorous gym workout, Kieran’s body was transforming into a man’s.

He began binding his breasts with sports tape, spending £20 a week in a quest to hide any hint of being a female. Gradually his cup size dropped from a B to an A. In November 2009, aged 18, Kieran started monthly testosterone injections and, two years later, had a £5k double mastectomy, paid for by his mum. Today, with his chiselled jawline and bulging biceps Kieran would not look out of place on a Hollywood red carpet.

Mother Tries to Eat Baby Shortly After Delivery

Hmmm...there are more greater people to deal with apart from terrorists, this is unheard of, how can a woman eat her own baby.

A 24 year old woman named Li Zhenghua, was discovered by a shocked nurse trying to eat her baby days after he was born at a local hospital in China. The nurse saw her eating the infant's arm and as she made to rescue the infant, the crazed mum refused to let the baby go. The nurse immediately raised an alarm and called other hospital staff who helped to rescue the baby.

According to local media reports, the attack happened at a hospital in the city of Shenzhen in China’s Guangdong Province. The woman had been found on the streets heavily pregnant and in labour..

The homeless woman, suspected to be mentally unstable, was taken to the hospital where she gave birth and attempted to eat her baby.\

A hospital spokesman spoke to Chinese media;

"It was really shocking, the arm was badly damaged and suffered not only heavy bruising but bleeding as a result of the bite. Fortunately, doctors managed to insert something to stop her closing her teeth and then levered her jaws apart. After that they gave her a sedative and took the baby to a secure location."

Authorities said the woman's mother-in-law had thrown her out on the streets despite being pregnant after she started acting mental at home.

They say they are trying to find out why the new mum tried to eat her baby. The baby has since been taken into the care of the government.

TV Reality star Kourteny Kardashian stripped off for DuJour Magazine, telling the publication she was 'not embarrassed' by her naked body.

'To me, nudity is not something to be ashamed of,' explained the 35-year-old. 'I’m not embarrassed of my body. 

'I’m at my best when I’m pregnant. It’s such an amazing feeling, the transformation that your body goes through. 

'There’s something about that that’s so empowering and beautiful and I just really embrace it,'
